1 What information is collected and for what purpose?

1a When you visit the website of Convention Bureau Brainport Eindhoven (part of Eindhoven365) or contact us via this website, we collect and analyze data. The purpose of collecting and analyzing this data is to keep you informed about offers / updates that may be of interest to you. We can then send you this information and/or offers by email.
1b Furthermore, we collect anonymous analytical data about your user behavior on the website.

4 Applications
When you apply for a position at Convention Bureau Brainport Eindhoven (part of Eindhoven365), we use your personal data to process your application.
5 How do we store your data?
The data we receive and process is managed by the parties listed below.
5.1. Gmail
The website's email traffic is hosted by Gmail. If you contact us by email, those emails will be stored on Gmail's servers.
5.2. Google Drive
The agreements, such as employment contracts, suppliers or partner contracts, which contain your personal data, are stored on Google Drive.
5.3. Content Management System website
Your personal data (name, email address and company name) is stored in our online content management system called CRAFT.
5.4. Pipedrive (CRM)
Your personal data (name, e-mail address and company name, communication and any other information) are stored in the database of our CRM system called Pipedrive. This Pipedrive software we use complies with the GDPR / AVG regulation.
6 How long do we keep your data?
We never store your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which we keep them, unless we have to keep the data for longer on the basis of a legal regulation. For example, we normally do not store application data for longer than 2 months so that we have the opportunity to approach the other candidates after a possible termination during the probation period. Personal data required for (supplier/partner) contracts are kept by us until a contract expires and is not renewed.
If you give permission for this, we will store your data for a possible other function, at the latest for a period of one year. We no longer store data for the legally prescribed period of 7 years (Article 52 of the National Taxes Act). There is no time limit associated with the retention of the data of the professionals. Of course, their data will be removed from them on first request, as well as when it appears that they are no longer working in their industry.
7 How do we secure your data?
Data is stored digitally in the systems and software mentioned above under 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4. The personal data managed by us or by the aforementioned third parties can only be accessed via the above software and is protected by a password. Only the employees of Eindhoven365 or for whom this is necessary for the proper functioning of the organization, have access to the data. In addition, everyone who has access to the personal data has a duty of confidentiality. Furthermore, visits to the website are secured by an SSL certificate. This security can be recognized by the green lock in front of the url. This certificate means that your connection to the website, and possibly that of the festival, is private.
8 What rights do you have with regard to your personal data and how do you exercise them?

8.4. Right to erasure
