In the region, we do things a little differently. For example, Bakkerij Houben has managed to elevate the Brabant sausage roll to a star-worthy snack (in collaboration with Adrian Zarzo), which you can taste during a sausage roll tasting. In addition, internationally renowned festivals such as the light art festival GLOW and Dutch Design Week offer a good dose of inspiration and relaxation outside the regular conference program.
